Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the platform for any lawful professional purpose. You may not use it to cause harm, infringe rights, circumvent the law, or compromise the service — directly or indirectly, on your own or through third parties.

• Committing or facilitating fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion.
• Producing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual exploitation material in any form or under any pretext.
• Supporting terrorism, criminal organizations, or trafficking in people, weapons, or drugs.
• Inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, colour, ethnicity, religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
• Threatening, stalking, harassing, or unlawfully coercing individuals.
• Breaching applicable sanctions, embargoes, or restricted-party lists.

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or communications that breach opt-in rules.
• Creating phishing campaigns, fake login pages, or communications impersonating another company.
• Using social engineering to obtain credentials, banking data, or third-party confidential information.
• Generating fake reviews, testimonials, profiles, or engagement.
• Impersonating a person or organization, including unauthorized voice or image cloning.
• Producing deliberate disinformation about elections, public health, or emergencies.

• Developing, hosting, or distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or exploits.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform or in third-party systems without authorization.
• Attempting to access accounts, workspaces, or data that are not yours.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract model weights, internal prompts, or agent architecture.
• Circumventing technical limits, safety filters, usage quotas, or billing mechanisms.
• Running load, scanning, or penetration tests without prior written authorization.

Security researchers who find flaws should disclose them responsibly to seguranca@squadia.online, without exploiting third-party data and without public disclosure before a fix.

• Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate volume inconsistent with professional human use.
• Reselling, redistributing, or exposing the platform's generation capacity as your own product.
• Scraping the platform or third-party sites in breach of their terms.
• Sharing credentials across several people to bypass plan seat limits.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, blocks, or promotional periods.

• Uploading or reproducing protected works without the rightsholder's authorization.
• Using third-party trademarks in a way that causes confusion or suggests non-existent sponsorship.
• Submitting trade secrets or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
• Entering third-party personal data without a legal basis, especially sensitive data and data of minors.

• Presenting generated content as legal advice, medical diagnosis, financial statements, or investment recommendations without review by a qualified professional.
• Automating decisions that significantly affect people (credit, hiring, dismissal, benefits) without human review.
• Generating sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate material.
• Producing instructions for weapons, explosives, or dangerous biological and chemical agents.
• Using the platform for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, or biometric identification without a legal basis.
• Publishing generated content without review in contexts requiring factual accuracy, knowing models can be wrong.

Measures are proportionate to severity and recurrence:

1. 1.Notice with a deadline to remedy, when the breach is curable and poses no immediate risk.
2. 2.Technical limitation of features or usage volume.
3. 3.Temporary suspension of the account or workspace.
4. 4.Permanent termination, with no refund of cycles already used.
5. 5.Referral to competent authorities where a crime is indicated.

Severe breaches — such as child exploitation material, infrastructure attacks, or fraud — result in immediate termination without prior notice.

Abuse can be reported to abuso@squadia.online with a description of the facts and supporting evidence. We review every report and inform the reporter of the outcome where appropriate.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal to contato@squadia.online within 30 days. The case is reviewed by someone other than the person who applied the measure.
